Silicon steel OA core

Applied Materials can stably supply world-class high-quality oriented silicon steel sheets (from Baosteel, Wuhan Iron and Steel, Shougang, Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal NSC, Kawasaki JFE, POSCO, and Amco AK). Available sheet thicknesses include 0.23, 0.27, 0.30, and 0.35mm, both in regular and high-permeability Hi-B silicon steel sheets. 

Structural features: It is formed by continuously winding a single curve-shaped strip that gradually increases in size and then decreases in size along the magnetic circuit direction. The cross-section is circular, and the window is also circular. The magnetic circuit is completely closed without any magnetic leakage. It combines the advantages of both toroidal and R-type cores, has a large power capacity, and can be wound quickly and conveniently using a toroidal winding machine without the need for a bobbin, thus achieving high production efficiency. 

Application fields: Widely used in electromagnetic components such as 50Hz transformers, mutual inductors, reactors and chokes in electronic devices.
